Teams should submit known scheduling conflicts before the league scheduling deadline.

Divisions may close once capacity is reached.

Teams must complete payment by the league payment deadline to secure their position.

Teams registering after the payment deadline may be required to pay in full at registration.

NXT reserves the right to:

• Combine compatible age divisions

• Separate divisions by competitive level

• Move teams between divisions for competitive balance

• Cancel a division that does not reach the required minimum team count

If NXT cancels a division because not enough teams participate, NXT will contact registered teams with available options.

Schedule changes will be communicated through the NXT registration system.
